Refund & Cancellation  Policy

At Anytime HVAC Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality HVAC, insulation, and window and door installation services. Due to the nature of our services and materials, refunds are generally not issued once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure scheduling and purchase materials. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

Services & Installation

All services are governed by a signed estimate or service agreement. Once work has begun, payments made are non-refundable.

Warranties

Equipment and materials are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. Labour is covered under the warranty terms outlined in your signed agreement. Any issues related to workmanship or materials will be addressed in accordance with these warranties.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees are outlined in the signed service agreement.

Case-by-Case Resolution

In rare circumstances where reimbursement may be considered, such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Anytime HVAC Inc. and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
